I am sure you have heard the three factors that spell success for any Restaurant or Bar, "Location, Location, Location" right?
The logic goes something like this...all other things like quality of food, service, prices, etc. the key difference between the success of one RestoBar over another is Location.
I am quite sure that is largely true. But in today's connected society where almost everyone has a smart phone, walk by traffic is not the driving factor it once was.
